Contact Us

We are a small team, and we actually read our inbox. Whether you are stuck on a stubborn yellow leaf, spotted a typo in a care guide, or want to talk about working together, this page is the fastest way to reach the Money-Tree Guide team.

How to Reach Us #

Email is the best channel for everything. Write to us at:

support@money-tree.cc

If you are writing about a specific article, include its title or URL — it helps us route your message and reply faster.

What to Include in Your Message #

For plant care questions, a little context goes a long way. A good message includes:

  • How long you have owned the plant and where it sits — window direction and distance from the glass matter.
  • How often you water and how you check the soil. Our watering guide explains the method we recommend.
  • A photo or a precise description of the symptom. If the leaves are yellowing, tell us whether the yellow starts at the tip or the base, and whether the affected leaves are old or new. Compare the symptom with our yellow leaves guide first — you may solve it before we reply.

Corrections and Feedback #

We take accuracy seriously. If you find a factual error, a broken link, or advice that did not work for your plant, tell us. Include the article and the specific passage. Verified corrections are reviewed and applied in the next revision — and we credit careful readers in our editorial notes.

Collaborations and Press #

We are open to collaborations with plant shops and nurseries, garden content creators, extension programs, and publications covering houseplants and indoor gardening. If you have an idea that could make Money Tree care more accessible, we would love to hear it. Media inquiries are welcome at the same address — please put “Press” in the subject line.

How Quickly We Reply #

We usually respond within a few business days. Around major planting seasons, replies can take a little longer — thank you for your patience. Urgent plant emergencies (a stem going soft, an infestation spreading) are exactly what our troubleshooting section is for, so check there while you wait.

Other Ways to Connect #

Prefer to explore on your own first? The blog carries seasonal care reminders and new articles, and the about page explains who we are and how we work.
